Since 1985 we've been building custom cottages in and around the Huntsville area, each year delivering on our promise to ensure each and every project no matter big or small is exactly what our customers want down to the very last detail.
Starting with the design phase we'll take the image you have in your head and put it down on paper for you to change and edit as you see fit. As with most cottage builds we'll be happy to either clear your brand new lot, tear down an older existing structure, or even move it and renovate it into a perfectly matching guest house. As with all of our projects, we'll handle all of the permits and paperwork, starting with the entrance approvals and building permits.
SWC handles everything else as well, including well drilling, septic tanks, hydro poles, or even solar power and backup generators if you'd like.
Our company promises to be able to deliver on your design, we even build in post & beam and full scribe log construction to go along with traditional wood framing. Plus, our catalogue of materials includes both vinyl and wood framed windows and almost every type of roofing and siding available in just about every colour possible.
